Return Policy


If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the good can be returned to Federico Primiceri srl within 14 days from receiving date, only if the good has not been used and worn. Furthermore, in case of returned good, the safety string, present on every Federico Primiceri item, must be neither cut nor damaged.
To request authorization to return the good, the Customer must send an e-mail to first, indicating the item code, the order number and the reason of return request. After FP customer service's feedback, the Customer will have liability to send the Federico Primiceri jewel(s) back by express service, with an insured shipping package for the coverage of the purchased jewel's value, to the following address:

There are three typologies of compensation provided by the company, as following.
1. Measure/Size change.
You can carry a change out for a different size of the same jewel, if it is available. The steps in this page, regarding return and right of withdrawal also applies to the new item within 14 days from the receipt of the jewel.
2. Store Credit
After the return will be received and processed by Federico Primiceri srl, the Customer will be given a credit corresponding with the value of the returned good, to be used for future purchases of jewels on Pay attention: the Store Credit a) can be used only once until 3 months from the date of the return; b) cannot be combined with other Store Credits; c) must be used by the Costumer only to order and purchase FP jewel(s) with the same or higher value than the Store Credit amount.
3. Refund
The refund will be made as soon as the returned jewel(s) will be delivered at Federico Primiceri headquarters - at the above-mentioned address - and the good(s) will be verified. For the orders paid by Paypal or the bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account of the Customer. The refund will be issued in the same currency of the original purchase. Any amount of differences due to exchange-rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
The return shipment must be carried out within 14 days from the receipt date of the order. Federico Primiceri srl will ONLY accept the returns sent by an insured package (for the value of the purchased jewel).
The safety string present on the returned good(s) must be neither cut nor damaged. In case of return, the jewel(s) should be not worn, washed or altered and must show no evidence or sign of any use. Each jewel must be returned including all extra/optional materials, such as labels, original package, certificate and other accessories received with the order. Returned goods must be shipped using the original case Federico Primiceri. If the Customer receives any defective good(s), or if there are any errors in the shipments from Federico Primiceri srl, the Costumer must follow the same above-mentioned instructions. Federico Primiceri srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns due to defective good(s).
Authorized returns from Federico Primiceri srl must be shipped from the same Nation/Country where the original order was delivered. Federico Primiceri srl also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or not conform to all the conditions provided returns. In this case the good(s) will be returned to the sender address. For all aspects not specifically expressed, evidence shall be the European legislation for remote retail sales.
